Refund policy

All Super Natural products are made with loads of love, passion and care. Utmost precautions are taken to ensure that only the best quality and flawless products reach you.

Still, in the rare event of you are not satisfied with our product or find any manufacturing defects and choose to return the product to us...the following policies will apply:

1. All products are eligible for Return within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to accept  return requests after this duration.
2. The product must be unused, undamaged & unwashed with tags in original packaging.
3. The product will be inspected after it reaches back to us. You’ll be notified of the approval of refund thereafter.
4. Post approval, You will be given store credits which can be used to purchase any product of same or higher value from our website.
5. In the event of our team not finding the product to be eligible for return, the same article will be shipped back to you.
6. Any additional charges like the COD or shipping charges are non-refundable.
